Trying out CrossFit for the first time?

Contact us to get your FREE consultation and introductory workout.   During your intro session, you will sit down with one of our coaches to discuss your fitness goals and your specific training needs.  After that, we’ll guide you through a CrossFit workout that gives you a taste of our methods, culture, coaches, and facilities.  After your intro workout, you’ll be able to make an informed decision about joining our team.  We know how important community is to our athletes, so we also invite you to bring a friend to share in your first CFER experience.

Experienced at CrossFit and just dropping in?

We love visitors and are proud to share our awesome gym with you.   Send us an email or give us a call to let us know you’re coming, then purchase a Drop-In below.  Our Drop-In Rate is $15 for a single session, or $40 for a week of unlimited sessions.

New to CrossFit and ready to get started?

Option 1:  Enroll in the CFER Foundations Course.   If CrossFit is the fast lane to fitness, the Foundations Course is the “On Ramp” which we use to get people up to speed. Your first month at CrossFit Eastern Ridge is spent learning the fundamental CrossFit movements while acclimating your body to higher-intensity training. During each of the 9 Foundations sessions, a CrossFit Level 1 or Level 2 Instructor will guide you through a warm-up, skill session, workout, and cooldown; all scaled to the level that is appropriate for YOU. The final week of your first month consists of a 3x/week membership and is your opportunity to join and get a feel for the regular CrossFit classes.

When? The course runs for three weeks and meets every Monday and Wednesday at 6:30pm, and Friday at 5:30pm. The next Foundations Course starts Monday, November 6th.  

How do I sign up? Purchase one of our starter packages: The Foundations Course   -or-  The Life-Changer Special.

Foundations Course ($100):  One month of training includes 9 classes of introductory-level training plus an additional 1 week of CrossFit classes after graduation.  Click the ‘Sign Me Up’ button below to register.

Option 2:  Take the Foundations Course with a CrossFit Trainer, 1-on-1.   Don’t want to wait for the next Foundations to start?  Would you rather get the 1-on-1 attention of having your own coach?  Contact us via email , or call us at 920-254-1350 to schedule your first 1-on-1 session.   Foundations typically takes 4-6 classes when done as 1-on-1 sessions.  ($60 per session, or $250/5 sessions)

Already experienced at CrossFit and want to join CFER?

Join our Group Classes.  If you have been doing CrossFit for 6 months or more, you probably don’t need the Foundations Course to get started.  You just need to sign up!  If you’re not sure whether you should take Foundations or start a regular membership, we also offer a Test-Out option to help you decide.  Our memberships are recurring monthly memberships, with no contracts and no hassle.  Except in extraordinary circumstances, we don’t offer refunds, but we will always honor a paid membership through its term.  Email us anytime with questions or to make a change to your membership.

Monthly Unlimited Membership ($130)  One month of Unlimited classes with access to CrossFit Class, Barbell Club, Endurance Club, and Open Gyms.  Click the ‘Sign Me Up’ button below to register.

Premier Membership ($175)  One month of Unlimited classes, access to CrossFit Class, Barbell Club, Endurance Club, and Open Gyms.  You also receive one hour of Nutrition Coaching and a 45-minute Personal Training session each month.   Nutrition Coaching and Personal Training are by appointment with the coach of your choice.   Click the ‘Sign Me Up’ button below to register.
