Trying out CrossFit for the first time?

Contact us to get your FREE consultation and introductory workout.   During your intro session, you will sit down with one of our coaches to discuss your fitness goals and your specific training needs.  After that, we’ll guide you through a CrossFit workout that gives you a taste of our methods, culture, coaches, and facilities.  After your intro workout, you’ll be able to make an informed decision about joining our team.  We know how important community is to our athletes, so we also invite you to bring a friend to share in your first CFER experience.

Experienced at CrossFit and just dropping in?

We love visitors and are proud to share our awesome gym with you.   Send us an email or give us a call to let us know you’re coming, then purchase a Drop-In below.  Our Drop-In Rate is $15 for a single session, or $40 for a week of unlimited sessions.

New to CrossFit and ready to get started?

If CrossFit is the fast lane to fitness, the Foundations Course is the “On Ramp” which we use to get people up to speed. Your first month at CrossFit Eastern Ridge is spent learning the fundamental CrossFit movements while acclimating your body to higher-intensity training.

How do I sign up for Foundations? Purchase one of our starter packages by clicking the ‘Sign Me Up’ button below.

1. Foundations Course ($100) – 1 month long; 3 weeks of scheduled Foundations classes- 6:30pm on Monday and Wednesday, 5:30pm on Friday, plus 1 week of Unlimited membership. Foundations starts the first or second Monday of each month and auto-renews as a regular monthly Unlimited membership at $130/mo.  The next Foundations Course starts Monday, January 8th

2. Fast Track Foundations ($200) – 1 month long.  Foundations Course material covered 1-on-1 or 2-on-1 with a CrossFit Trainer during normal CrossFit classes, up to 8 sessions.  YOU choose your training schedule, YOU receive focused 1-on-1 training, and no need to wait for the next Foundations Course to start.  Maximum attention, maximum efficiency.  Fast Track Foundations starts when you schedule your first 1-on-1 and auto-renews as a regular monthly Unlimited membership at $130/mo.

3. Life-Changer Special ($350)  – Four months of training includes the Foundations Course plus an additional 3 months of CrossFit classes after graduation.  Life-Changer auto renews at the end of 4 months as a regular monthly Unlimited membership at $130/mo.

4. Fast Track Life-Changer ($450) –  Four months of training includes Fast Track Foundations plus an additional 3 months of Unlimited membership.  Fast Track Life-Changer auto renews at the end of 4 months as a regular monthly Unlimited membership at $130/mo.

Already experienced at CrossFit and want to join CFER?

Join our Group Classes.  If you have been doing CrossFit for 6 months or more, you probably don’t need the Foundations Course to get started.  You just need to sign up!  If you’re not sure whether you should take Foundations or start a regular membership, we also offer a Test-Out option to help you decide.  Our memberships are recurring monthly memberships, with no contracts and no hassle.  Except in extraordinary circumstances, we don’t offer refunds, but we will always honor a paid membership through its term.  Email us anytime with questions or to make a change to your membership.
