Christine started her CrossFit journey in May of 2014, originally as a way to get back in shape after she graduated college from the University of Wisconsin- Whitewater. She had been involved in sports most of her life, so naturally the physical and mental challenge of CrossFit had her hooked from the start. Now she is able to utilize CrossFit as a way to stay healthy during her first pregnancy and she has had fun learning how to modify workouts so that she can stay healthy and active safely! She has been in the professional health and fitness industry for the last 4 years and loves to see people reach their goals. Her current role at the Creekside Performance Center as the Director of Athletic Performance allows her to work closely with the doctors and has given her a deeper understanding of how the body moves. Christine is excited to share her love of CrossFit with those around her!
In her free time, she likes to spend time with her growing family (Nitsch baby coming Feb. 2020!), walking her 2 dogs (Phoebe and Wendy), kayaking, and biking.
